Very disappointing Valentines Day trip for us. Take part in the excitement and the music at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi, where the nightlife is the good life and there’s always something new to experience. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and worn those we know not to waste their money. When you pay over $200 for a meal you expect better and most certainly do not expect inedible food. The waiter didn’t seem concerned at the state of our meal at all nor the fact we left 3/4 of the meal sitting on the table. We could have probably had a better steak at Waffle House and that’s shameful from a fine dining establishment. The only decent part of the meal was my salad. Even the steak knife wouldn’t cut the steak. I ordered mine medium and it was well done and tougher than shoe leather. My husbands medium well steak was way past well done to the point it appeared burned and looked like what you find at bottom of a grill and he could eat maybe less than 1/4 of it.
But the meal was the worst steak dinner we have ever had. We made reservations weeks in advance and drove over 3 hours to the Biloxi MS location for Valentines day.
